Our team of lawyers and experts will work with the various agencies to ensure that all eligible claims are accepted and paid.

We can begin receiving funds within 90-days of when we start filing claims.  

FRS UP provides detailed reporting of all the claims in process and of all payments received. Your company will receive a monthly distribution for claims paid and will wire funds right into your account. We also provide reporting of the stage of every single claim in process.

It is our goal to have all identified and verified claims paid within 12 months from the start of the engagement. Of course, this does not include new claims that are identified throughout the engagement.

We'll continuously be searching agencies for new funds so that when they appear, we will recover them immediately.
